The guidelines are formulated to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of the normal operation of service for passing and exchanging electronic documents. All government agencies shall handle system security management operations according to their powers and responsibilities, and conduct self-evaluation and auditing operations on a regular basis every year, and shall track and improve non-conformities.
