When application is received, we will review the application, copy of valid ID and legal regulations. The applicant will be notified the review results and access methods. If the archives you requested had been reviewed and digitalized, we can provide the archives on that day. If the archives are not digitalized or reviewed yet, the archives will be provided in 15 days in principle. If excessive quantity of archives is requested, we will review and provide the archives several times according to the situation.
