In order to establish standardized archive classification system, the National Archives Administration, National Development Council provides the directions for the government agencies, public universities and colleges.
The directions are relating to processing, classification and compilation, and stipulate the operations and procedures of classification tables, notes for classifying, compilation specifications, assigning file numbers, principles of national archives classification and record group numbers.
