Abstract
|
This article aims to explore the duality of social organizations under authoritarian corporatism. Taking the “Taipei Newspaper Association” in the 1950s as an example, how to cooperate with the government, playing the role of a quasistate institution, and how to play the role of the public sphere, fighting with the government for the common interests of the newspaper industry.
